MTV Unplugged u New Yorku je prvi live album i drugi video album, koji sadrži koncert američkog benda Nirvana, objavljen 1. studenog 1994. godine od strane DGC Recordsa, nakon smrti pjevača, gitariste i tekstopisca. bend, Kurt Cobain, u travnju iste godine. Album sadrži akustični koncert snimljen u Sony Music Studios 18. studenog 1993. u New Yorku, u SAD-u, za televizijsku seriju MTV Unplugged.

Koncert je režirao Beth McCarthy i prvi put prikazan na MTV-u 14. prosinca 1993. DVD verzija albuma objavljena je 20. studenog 2007. Za razliku od tradicionalne MTV Unplugged prakse, Nirvana je odigrala setlist sastavljen uglavnom od manje poznatog materijala i korica pjesama Vaselinea, Davida Bowieja, Lutaka za meso i Leadbellyja.
