Linkin Park - Biografija



Linkin Park je američki rok bend iz Aguora Hills-a, California. Bend su 1995. osnovali Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson i Rob Bourdon. Kasnije su se priključili Joe Hahn i Dave Farrell, a 1999. član benda je postao i Chester Bennington. Bend je već sa debitantskim albumom (Hybrid Theory, 2000) postigao svijetsku popularnost i višestruki platinasti tiraž. Sledeći studijski album, Meteora, nastavio je uspijeh debitantskog albuma zauzimajući prvo mjesto na Bilbordovoj top 200 listi albuma u 2003. Posle toga su usledile brojne turneje i humanitarni rad širom svijeta. Sledeći studijski album, Minutes to Midnight, izdat je 2007. Na njemu je bend ušao u eksperimente sa raznim žanrovima koji su se znatno razlikovali od prva dva albuma. Linkin Park su sarađivali sa brojnim izvođačima, prije svega sa reperom Jay-Z-ijem u njihovom mash up-u Collision Course, i sa brojnim drugim izvođačima na projektu Reanimation. Sledeći studijski album objavljen je 2010. pod nazivom A Thousand Suns, i poslednji za sad, Living Things, objavljen u junu ove godine. Linkin Park su prodali preko 50 miliona albuma širom svijeta i osvojili dvije Grammy nagrade.
